Room Rate: $109 plus tax A  rate of $20.00 will be charged for each additional person greater than two persons per room Standard Check-In: 3:00 p.m. Standard Check-Out: 11:00 a.m. The conference rate is valid 2 nights prior to the conference  and 2 nights after, subject to availability.  To extend your stay more than the standard 2 nights to 3-4 nights either pre or post conference, the Hotel may extend the rate, based on availability, but you will need to: 1) make your reservations online (use the HCTC25 code) and 2) then email: John at [email protected] and mention you have made your reservations for the HCTC conference and would like the 1-2 additional nights beyond the standard 2-days adjusted to the conference rate.  24-hour notice is required for all cancellations.  Guests will be required to provide a credit or debit card, not a prepaid card, upon arrival that will be authorized for a $100 security deposit. The funds will be held, but not charged unless there are damages to the room.
